Jordan Valley Community Health Center believes that a good provider-patient relationship is based on understanding and communication. We accept most payment methods and offer a sliding fee program to qualifying patients.
Accepted Methods of Payment
- Cash
- Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover only)
- Personal checks for the date of service. Post-dated checks are not accepted.
What Insurance Do We Accept?
Jordan Valley accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurance. You can call our office with any questions—just make sure you have your insurance card handy! If you need information about your coverage, call the number on your insurance card and talk to your carrier.

We accept Missouri Medicaid. If you have questions or would like to apply for Medicaid, we can help you complete your MO HealthNet application.
Slide Program
We want our services to be available to as many people as possible. Our sliding fee program is for patients who do not have health insurance. Based on your income, you will pay a fee when you visit, similar to a co-pay.
