Retirement
Invest in pre-tax and Roth 403(b) plans with a company match. You can start participating on the 1st of the month after 30 days of service. Employees are fully vested after 3 years of service. The match increases with your years of service:
- Match 5% for employees from 1 months of service to 5 years
- Increase match to 6% at 5 years of service
- Increase match to 8% at 10 years of service
- Increase match to 10% at 15 years of service
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We partner with New Directions to provide an EAP for you and your family. EAPs help you find resources and information for life’s challenges and hardships. You’ll gain access to lifestyle information, such as how to reduce stress or plan your financials.
Our EAP also offers guidance and resources for difficult situations like losing a loved one. You can speak with a licensed clinician 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
