The Behavioral Health team at Jordan Valley Community Health Center is an integral part of our mission to provide our patients with a health home for all of their needs. Our trained professionals, led by Dr. Tessa Coltrin, help patients through a compassionate, behavior-focused process.
Medical providers at Jordan Valley refer both children and adults to the behavioral health unit to positively impact health outcomes. There is a great demand for the services provided by our staff as more people in our community learn about the good work the behavioral health team does to help improve coping skills and deal with the challenges of a busy world.
Our current behavioral health services include:
- Diagnostic assessments
