Behavioral Medicine services are provided as an integrated approach to patient care at Jordan Valley Community Health Center. Our philosophy is “the head is connected to the body.” We understand that mental diagnoses can impact a patient’s physical body and vice versa. Behavioral Health is a crucial component of our program providing crisis intervention, substance abuse therapy, compliance therapy and long term therapy. Our Behavioral Medicine and Behavioral Health teams work hand in hand to fully care for each patient.
